>> Alajuela Wildlife Rescue Center << >> Costa Rica Wildlife Vet Experience << These programs are at based at different locations in Alajuela province. Each center has non-vet volunteers staying on-site who help with feeding, maintenance and enrichment. GVE travelers share a room and may also share it with non-vet volunteers. Amenities include wifi, laundry service, outdoor pool and lounging areas. Staff stay on-site and are available 24/7 to ensure volunteer safety. All meals are included in the program fee.

>> Phuket Surgical Training Internship << This program is not currently accepting applications. Accommodation is not provided by this program, but our team is more than happy to connect you with several options for safe, comfortable housing near the surgical center. Most local hotels cost $100-200 USD per week, largely dependent on your personal budget. Program Coordinators at the center will point you towards the best local groceries & eateries. The cost of food is $20-50 USD per week.

>> Aklan Rescue & Rehabilitation Center << Volunteers stay in 1 of 2 volunteer houses, each with 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in each), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and many rescue animals! Bedding (pillows, sheets, and blankets), electricity, hot water, A/C, wifi, and laundry are included. Food is not included but the staff are happy to help you find local groceries & eateries. This cost is roughly $20 USD per week, and staff are also available to prepare

In Coimbatore, volunteers stay in a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. Bedding (pillows, sheets, and blankets), electricity, hot water, wifi, and laundry are included.

>> Oudtshoorn Vet Experience Internship << >> Oudtshoorn Vet Student Internship << All interns stay at Surval Lodge, a 4-star boutique estate on a working farm in the Western Cape of South Africa. Each room has 2 beds and a private bathroom. Amenities include A/C, wifi, laundry and cleaning service, outdoor pool and lounging areas. The lodge is guarded and staff are available 24/7 to ensure intern safety. All meals are included in the program fee- breakfast and dinner are provided by

>> Panamá Spay/Neuter Center << Volunteers stay at the Spay Center in Panama City with 10 live-in rescue animals. There is 1 volunteer bedroom with 3 single sofa beds, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. Bedding (pillows, sheets, and blankets), electricity, hot water, A/C, wifi, laundry, and all meals are included.

>> Kenton-on-Sea Clinic & Sanctuary << Expansive grounds to explore and a large swimming pool with BBQ area make it the perfect spot to relax and unwind from the adventures of the day. Volunteers will share comfortable twin-bedded rooms (2 per room) with en-suite bathrooms, including full board (3 meals a day).
